Application Method:

1. Washing and Cleaning the surface. to make the Surface dust and oil-free.
2. Widening any Visible major Cracks on the Surface by Angle Grinder OR Hammer.
3. Applying 1st Coat of 1 Part Waterseal PSV Premix + 2 Part Clean Water
4. Fill all the visible cracks and Vatas with Only Waterseal PSV Premix. (For more details on crack Filling Visit This Link)
5. Applying Second and Third Coat of 1 Part PSV Premix + 1 Part Clean Water

Three Coats are Required for Optimum Results and Use the Recommended Mixing Ratio.

Curing Time Approx 30-60 Minutes are required for the chemical to Dry in Daylight.
The complete drying of the surface after work would require 24 hours.

Note: 25 Kg PSv-PREMIX  Covers up to  250 to 300 Sq.feet (approx) with Three Coatings.

Waterseal's PPC Mat Strips are to be used along with Waterseal PREMIX as per requirement. ( 1 roll of PPC Strip Covers up to 500 Running. Feet of Cracks and tile's Joints)
