• Orders are processed only after successful payment (full or partial), except when Cash on Delivery is selected.

• Waterseal Waterproofing holds the right to cancel any order in cases such as fraud suspicion, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

For quicker processing and dispatch, online payments are preferred.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• While we coordinate with reliable courier services, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged or defective.

  Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waterseal Waterproofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Product misuse or application error

• Third-party delays

Our liability in any case is limited to the purchase value of the product(s).
