Cancellation Policy

At Waterseal Waterproofing, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • We will confirm your cancellation and process the refund within 7 business days.

2. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may refuse the delivery if you no longer wish to receive the product, but return shipping charges may apply.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • For prepaid orders (online payments), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellations

  • Frequent or unjustified COD cancellations may result in restriction of COD facility for future orders.
