PPC-MAT is a premium-grade crack joint tape made from durable polypropylene composite fabric. Designed for long-lasting protection, this 3-inch wide mat strip is cut from 60″ to 90″ rolls and treated with a water-repellent coating, making it waterproof, moisture-resistant, flexible, lightweight, non-toxic, and non-flammable.

Ideal for repairing and reinforcing surface cracks, PPC-MAT is used along with PVA PREMIX to fill gaps up to 5 mm wide. It offers strong protection for cracks in roofs, walls, parapet joints, tile joints in roofs or tanks, and china mosaic surfaces.

Note: PPC-MAT does not have an adhesive layer and must be used with PVA PREMIX for proper bonding and waterproofing performance.

Easy Application:

When combined with PVA PREMIX, PPC-MAT bonds strongly to surfaces, ensuring uniform crack filling and waterproofing. The strip is highly flexible and adapts easily to uneven surfaces.

Application Method

Follow these easy steps to repair cracks using PSv Chemical and PPC Mat:

Step 1: Mix 1 part white cement with 1 part water to make a smooth paste.
Step 2: Add 1 part PSv Chemical to the paste to prepare the PSv-Paste.
Step 3: Pour the PSv-Paste into the crack and fill it, levelling the surface.
Step 4: Cut the PPC Mat to size and soak it in the PSv-Paste for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Place the soaked mat over the filled crack. Press it firmly with a brush or roller to remove air bubbles and wrinkles.

Note: With the  PSV-Premix, there is no need to add White cement. Just mix it with equal water (1:1), stir well, and apply. Place the PPC mat smoothly over each crack without wrinkles and finish with a brush or roller.
