Free-Flow, High Strength Non-Shrink Powder For Core Cut Filling
Waterseal Grouting is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing, non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100mm. Waterseal Grouting is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers, and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimizing water demand. Low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce consistent grout.
Typical applications would be grouting of base plates, Extension Joints, Core cutting filling in bathroom drainage Pipes, Foundation Grouting, etc.,
Mixing /Usage :
Normal mixing: 1 Part of powder + 1 part of PSV Chemical for Extension Joints and Foundation Grouting.
Flowable Mixing: 1 Part of powder + 1 Part of PSV Chemical and 25 % clean Water for, Core cutting Hole
filling and grouting.
Note: Slowly add water and Continuous mixing should take place in 5 minutes.
