Step-by-Step Application
1. Surface Prep (Critical!)
Remove old grout completely with scraper
Clean with dry cloth (must be dust-free)
2. Mixing (Follow Exactly!)
Ratio: 2:1 (50ml Part A + 25ml Part B)
Pot Life: 30 minutes (use immediately)
3. Application
Small Joints: Use needle bottle for precision
Large Cracks: Mix 1 part clear coat + 2 parts grout powder
Optional Top Coat: Brush/roll over entire tile surface
4. Drying Times
Touch-Dry: 4-6 hours
Light Use: 12-18 hours
Full Cure: 72-96 hours @ 30-40°C
