Whether you’ve ordered PSv-Premix, PPC Mat, or any of our DIY waterproofing solutions, our logistics process ensures transparent communication, fast dispatch, and dependable delivery. This shipping and delivery policy outlines the full process from order placement to doorstep delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, typical delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code and courier partner availability.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas and Villages: 5–7 business days or more

Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, courier backlogs, or transportation restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such rare situations.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the respective courier's website.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on all products — no hidden fees at checkout.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • 10% of the order value is paid upfront, and

    • 90% is payable upon delivery

  • If the customer refuses delivery, the 10% advance is treated as a non-refundable handling fee.

Our shipping and delivery policy ensures transparency and fairness for both prepaid and COD orders.

5. Courier Partners

We rely on trusted courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Our current delivery partners include:

  • Shiprocket

  • DTDC

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Transport Services

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we try to ensure on-time delivery, there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Festive season order load

  • Weather conditions (rain, storm, etc.)

  • Operational delays at courier hubs

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or national emergencies

7. Address Issues or Refused Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if the shipment is refused at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • Redelivery will only be attempted after reconfirmation

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid in advance

  • Orders not claimed within 10 days will be cancelled without a refund

Please verify your shipping address and contact number before confirming the order.

8. Damaged or Leaking Products

If your package arrives in damaged condition, leaking, or with broken seals:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and proof

  • We will verify the issue and offer a free replacement or refund, as applicable

Damaged returns are only accepted if you report the issue within the specified time and do not use the product.
