2. Product Information and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur. In case of any discrepancy, Waterseal reserves the right to cancel the order or suggest suitable alternatives.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully received, we will send an order confirmation via email or SMS. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Payment Policy

We accept secure payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via trusted payment gateways like CCAvenue and UPI. Your payment information is encrypted and protected using SSL technology.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped. Delays caused by courier partners or natural events are beyond our control.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order ID and reason. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted. In case of any issue, please reach out to our customer care team for assistance.

8. Replacement Policy

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Eligible products will be replaced at no additional cost.

9. Limitation of Liability

Waterseal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use or inability to use. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product names, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Waterseal Waterproofing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
