Return-Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

• Unused items in their original packaging, tags, seals, labels, and accessories.
• Return request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Photo or video evidence is required for damaged or incorrect items.
• Return requests for change of mind won’t be accepted unless the packaging is unopened and fully intact.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

• Products used, opened, or without original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Items clearly marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
• Products missing tags, freebies, or warranty seals.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

1. Email contact@waterseal.in or WhatsApp us at +91‑9825585997  within 7 days.
2. Include your order ID, photos/videos of the items, and reason for return.
3. We’ll confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours and arrange for courier pick-up.

4. Replacement Process

• If the product is defective/damaged/incorrect, request a replacement within 48 hours.
• We will inspect photos/videos and dispatch the replacement once approved.
• If the replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund according to the refund policy.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds apply only to cancelled orders (before dispatch) or valid returns.
• Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refund credited via original payment method—UPI or CCAvenue gateway. Partial payment balance will be adjusted accordingly.
• Processing time may vary by bank or UPI provider.

6. Exchange Option

• Exchange subject to stock availability and may incur shipping charges.
• For exchange requests, please specify the desired product in your return request.

7. Partial Refunds

If you cancel the order after dispatch or receive damaged packaging but use the product, partial refunds may apply based on product condition.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Return items should be unused and securely packaged for pickup.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to Waterseal error.
• If courier attempts fail due to the wrong address, you may be charged re-delivery fees.

9. Legal Rights & Dispute Resolution

This policy complements your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. For unresolved disputes, you may approach your local Consumer Commission or file a claim here: National Consumer Helpline.
