1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • ccavanue payment-getway - Payment PolicyUPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • CCAvenue Payment Gateway – Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets

All payments are securely processed through
CCAvenue is a PCI-DSS compliant gateway that uses advanced SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.


2. Choose How You Want to Pay

Our flexible payment policy allows you to choose between two convenient options:

Option 1: Partial Payment (Default)

  • Pay 10% now when placing the order online

  • Pay 90% on delivery in cash or UPI

  • Ideal for first-time buyers or customers who prefer to pay on receipt

  • Delivery usually begins after confirmation of advance

Option 2: Full Payment (Faster Shipping)

  • Pay 100% in advance using UPI or CCAvenue

  • Your order will be marked as priority dispatch

  • Enjoy faster shipping and early delivery

You can select either option during checkout. Full prepayment ensures your order is processed and shipped with higher priority.


3. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is received (partial or full), we will send you:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A WhatsApp message with delivery and balance payment instructions (if applicable)

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.


4. Secure Transactions

  • All payments are encrypted via SSL protocols

  • CCAvenue provides fraud protection and secure handling of sensitive data

  • We never store your card, bank, or UPI information

5. Refunds & Payment Disputes

Eligible refunds (due to cancellations, returns, or overcharges) will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
If you notice an unauthorized or duplicate charge, please report it to us and your bank within 7 days. We will investigate and assist promptly.
