🛍️ When Can You Cancel Your Order?
You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation from our end.

Mention your Order ID, mobile number, and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 24–48 hours and send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
🚚 Orders Already Shipped – Can You Cancel?
Unfortunately, once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may:
Refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep
In this case, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount (for prepaid orders)
We strongly advise customers to make cancellation requests before the dispatch status is confirmed.
💵 Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders
If your order was prepaid (paid online via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking), the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Frequent or unjustified cancellations of COD orders may lead to:

Temporary account restriction
To maintain smooth service, we recommend checking availability before confirming a COD order.
🛠️ Changing or Modifying Orders
If you need to update your shipping address or product selection before the order is shipped, reach out to us immediately. We will assist in modifying your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched.
This is not considered a cancellation and does not affect your account standing.
🔁 Can I Exchange Instead of Cancel?
Currently, we do not support product exchange. If you wish to change your item, please cancel the order before shipping and place a new order for the correct product.
